Open LiveLocks, go to the Account tab (or open the Pro screen) and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. There’s no LiveLocks account or password; your subscription belongs to your Apple ID.

If Pro still doesn’t appear, close and reopen the app, check your connection, then try Restore again. Still stuck? Email us with the order ID from your Apple receipt.

On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → LiveLocks Pro → Cancel Subscription. You can also do this in the App Store app: tap your profile picture → Subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription. We can’t cancel for you, because Apple manages all subscriptions.

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple ID. We can’t see or issue refunds.

Prediction markets price every outcome in cents: 57¢ means the market thinks it’s about 57% likely. LockLine AI sets its own price from the live game and the market. When LockLine’s price is higher than the best price available in the market, after fees, the gap is the edge.

Example: Market 57¢ → LockLine 65¢ = +8¢. Bigger edges are listed first. You can switch between cents and percent in Account → Price format.

A Top Edge is one of our strongest, rarest edges, +7¢ or more. It’s marked by an outline and always listed first. Top Edges are included with Pro.

LockLine AI is our proprietary pricing model. It reads the live game (score, clock, possession, field position, power plays, scoring pace), reads live prediction-market prices net of fees, projects how the rest of the game plays out, and sets its own price, re-pricing within seconds as things change.

That’s on purpose. An edge only shows when the market is deep enough, two-sided and fresh, and, during a game, when the gap has held for a few seconds. When markets agree with LockLine, or are thin or stale, nothing shows. Overnight and in the off-season there may be no games to price. The Upcoming tab shows the week ahead.

No. LiveLocks is an analytics app. It isn’t an exchange, a broker or a sportsbook, and it doesn’t accept, place, route or link to orders or wagers. It doesn’t connect to any market account.

Market prices: public prediction-market quotes, shown in the app as “the market”. We don’t name or link to any market.

Game data: scores, clocks and box scores from ESPN and league data feeds.
